Assessment of effect of lining material on energy efficiency of starting up ball mills

چکیده
The article presents the possibility of increasing service life mill lining. Special attention is paid to use rubber linings for mills. A mathematical model asynchronous motor ore grinding mills has been developed, i.e., moment resistance shock. system equations a synchronous plant d and q axes described. Based on modeling operating modes, it was determined that corrosion coating prolongs mill's life, transition time reduced 10%.
